Time Costing and Fees, (Sales)
Ledger & Invoicing
Panache includes an integrated
Time & Fees Ledger. However you can choose to adopt either or
both modules.
VAT
Boring but essential … Panache
caters for both Invoice based and Cash based, (Continuous
Supply), VAT accounting. So a VAT invoice can be generated when
you raise an invoice or a cash payment is received.
Aged Debts
You can choose to age your
debts for reporting/control purposes by your specified periods,
e.g. months, or by a specified number of days. You can even
switch between the two methods whenever you have the need.
Invoices/Payment Requests
You can choose to generate your
documents directly by Panache or raise them "manually" by Word
Processing. And if you’re also using Rapport Panache will
automatically link the financial transaction to the electronic
copy of the document.
You can email the
invoice/payment request as an attachment and save on paper,
envelope & postage too.
Debtors Control
Panache includes Statements
that you can tailor to your own design and content. You can even
use MS Word to change the provided template to your own
specification. You can do the same thing for your
invoice/payment request and Debt Chasing Letter templates too.
If you offer discount for
prompt payment or a finance charge for credit Panache caters for
this also.
Time Entry
You can choose from interactive
or off-line methods of entering time. There’s more information

Integration
Panache is integrated with
Rapport, Practice Net’s Database and Document Management system
providing a total solution to your Administrative needs.

complete the picture are Panache Creditors & Panache General,
